From Lancaster to London: We Made the Headlines!

Well, this was a pinch-us moment! The Lancaster Newspaper (LNP) recently featured Double Keyed and our upcoming London Conversation in Song concerts — and we may or may not have done a little happy dance when we saw it in print.

The article captures our dream to record with the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios (yes, that Abbey Road), and how our Lancaster and Carlisle concerts are helping make that dream a reality.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the support of our community — and for everyone cheering us on as we bring this music to life.

Here’s a short excerpt from the piece (and you can read the full article at LancasterOnline.com 👇):

Abbey Road Studios will soon capture the sounds of the Lancaster-based duo Double Keyed’s second album — if the group raises the funds necessary to book the famous studio. The project will feature Kirstin Myers and Frances Drost with the London Symphony Orchestra for a new album of holiday music.
